Registration

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Congratulations to those who have been selected to participate on a KSC team. To secure your place on the team you must attend registration on one of the following dates:

Tuesday June 24, 7-9pm, Kentwood Public Library on Kalamazoo Ave Tuesday July 1, 6-8pm, Kentwood Public Library on Kalamazoo Ave.

Necessary items required to complete the registration process are as follows:

· Copy of birth certificate (If you have never registered with GVSA)

· GVSA REGISTRATION FORM (Both parent and player signature required)

· If you played for Kentwood Soccer Club in the 07/08 season, we will have a preprinted registration form available for you at registration.· Both parent and player signature are required on the preprinted form

· MSYSA MEDICAL RELEASE FORM - Notarized

· 2”x2” picture

· Cash or Check (Payable to Kentwood Soccer Club)

· U8-U10 $320 (full year, one tourn.) + $45 uniform package = Total $365

· U11-U14 $350 (full year, one tourn.) + $45 uniform package = Total $395

· U15-U18 $240 (half year, one tourn.) + $45 uniform package = Total $285

(The uniform fee includes a jersey, shorts, alternate jersey and 2 pair of socks )

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER YOU IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THE PROPER ITEMS!

2008-2009 Season Tryouts

2008-2009 SEASON TRYOUTS

The selection of players is based on the evaluation of the player's skills and abilities during tryouts. Tryouts will be for the Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 seasons. All Tryouts will be held at Brewer Park located on 84th Street between Eastern and Division. Registration begins at 5pm, tryouts will be from 6-8pm.

SELECT TRYOUTS

Monday 6/16 - U12, U13, U14 Boys & Girls and U15-U18 Girls
Tuesday 6/17 - U8 - U11 Boys & Girls

PREMIER TRYOUTS

Monday 6/16 - U14 ONLY, Boys & Girls

MAKE-UP TRYOUTS

Monday 6/23 - All players unable to participate in assigned SELECT tryout dates

Please bring water and a soccer ball. A signed MEDICAL RELEASE FORM is required.

Kindergarten - 5th grade boys/girls 9:00am-12:00pm
6th grade - 10th grade boys/girls 5:00pm- 8:00pm

Campers can register prior to the camp by downloading a REGISTRATION FORM and mailing it to the Kentwood Athletic Department. Campers can also register at camp on the first day, however, it is recommended to contact Coach Conlon at 616-405-6195 or mailto:eksoccercoach17@yahoo.com, to hold your spot.
