With the 2009-2010 basketball season about to begin,two of Kentlake student athletes have accepted college basketball scholarships.
Riley Butler, (Post), will be signing her scholarshipoffer from Seattle Pacific University, and celebrating Morganne Comstock(Forward) scholarship from Eastern Washington University at Kentlake High School, on Tuesday, November 17, at 3:00pm.
According to Scott Simmons, Head Basketball Coach forKentlake, “This is such an exciting and bitter sweet time for these two athletes”.
Both Morganne and Riley were on the same team as Carly Stowell who passed away unexpectedly in their freshman year of school. But we all know that she is smiling down onus on this special day.”

Tim Riles will join the Varsity Coaching Staff this season as an Asst. Coach. Tim comes with 3 seasons of Varsity Head Coaching experience in the SPSL.

The Kentlake Lady Falcons will have tryouts for its Varsity, Junior Varsity, and C Team's on November 16, 17, and 18th from 5:00 - 7:30 pm. All paperwork must be submitted to the Athletics Office by November 13th or you will not be able to tryout on the 16th. Paperwork includes physical form, emergency contact, and parental permission form.
