Dusters' Mission Statement
Our success will come from three key objectives: Preparation, Attitude, and Approach. We will be committed to preparing ourselves both mentally and physically every day. We will have a proud, positive attitude toward the game and our teammates, fans, coaches, competitors, parents and umpires. We will bring an encouraging approach toward the game of baseball as well as the game of life. These three key objectives along with a Total Team Concept will allow us to achieve our goal of complete respect for the game, ourselves, and the overall success of the Dusters program.
