Duster's Mission Statement !!
Our success will come from three key objectives; Preparation, Attitude and Approach. We will be committed to preparing ourselves both mentally and physically everyday. We will have the right positive attitude toward the game and our teammates, fans, coaches, competitors, parents and umpires. We will take the correct positive approach toward the game of baseball as well as the game of life. These three key objectives along with a Total Team Concept will allow us to achieve our goal of complete respect for the game and ourselves and the overall success of the Jr. Duster program.
