Ashley Mitchell- Coach 17-1- Age 23
I have coached 3 different club volleyball teams.

I began playing volleyball my sophomore year in high school and fell in love. I was an all state basketball player but volleyball was my stand out sport. I received a full ride scholarship to Northwest Missouri State University where I red shirted my freshman year to learn the speed of the game at the collegiate level. I have played every position across the front row but my favorite is right side! I took some time away from volleyball when I added an addition to my life and finished my career with graduation.

I am new to the organization but very familiar and part of the family!

With my experience in playing collegiate volleyball and traveling on an elite club team I have gained knowledge and experience for the game! I am excited to coach and one day hope to coach some high school volleyball. I coach because I enjoy the excitement of competition and the thrill of winning, volleyball is about much more than winning and losing games. I coach because I feel that through volleyball I can teach my players life lessons.

I have a 2 year old All Star Princess who already has built a passion for the game! She will be my assistant as well as my teams number one fan!

I have completed my college career with the hopes of one day obtaining my masters. I have a bachelors degree in corporate recreation and wellness.

I've failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed."- Michael Jordan
