Welcome to the home of theKC Lady Jaguars Volleyball Club
The Kansas City Lady Jaguars Volleyball Club was officially formed September 2004 and are members of the Heart of America Regional Volleyball Association (HOA).
Our program is committed to promoting a competitive athletic experience all while uniting players across school lines and building friendships that will last a liftime. These three elements can enhance teamwork, responsibility, self-discipline, respect for others and motivation. We are dedicated to giving our players a chance to learn and improve the many skills needed on and off the court.
While the LADY JAGUARS VBC is designed to be competitive, our coaching staff provides a fun, safe environment for our players.

To equip, empower and encourage young athletes to develop their skills in life and athletics.
Our Goal:
To promote self-esteem, competitiveness, self-discipline and the value of teamwork.
Our Philosophy:
The coach will always offer incentives to improve and encourage to lead
The player will play their sport with not only their mind, but with their heart
