This group of young men bring a refreshing spirit and passion to the game of basketball. The KC Bruins are the most unselfish ballers and bring a true meaning to the term teammates. This team is fun and exciting to watch with their intense, all-out style of play. They are explosive on both ends of the court and everywhere in-between.
As Coach Newton states, these boys are coachable, have a positive attitude and are very mannerable, I love to watch them grow. In addition, I have the best parents and they encourage and support everyone on this team.
What does all this mean? The KC Bruins have been a National AAU top 5 contender for the past four years and won the AAU National Championship in 2003. They have been unmatched in the Mid-West winning every league, tournament and State Championship they play.
