ALL FEB 5th GAMES AT KINGS COLUMBIA MOVED TO SOUTH LEBANON ELEMENTARY
Due to a conflict with the school schedule, all CAYBL games scheduled for Sunday, February 5th, at Kings Columbia Elementary School have been moved to South Lebanon Elementary School.  Game times remain the same.

 



Inclement Weather Announcement



When the snow starts falling, questions come up about whether your game is cancelled. Please keep in mind that the location of your game controls if it will be cancelled. If you are playing in a Kings gym and you see a cancellation of all Kings activities on TV, then your game is cancelled. For CAYBL games, cancellations will be posted on www.CAYBL.org and on the weather number 513-680-9385.

If you have a game at Sports Plus or Courts 4 Sports, these facilities control whether the game is played or not. Their websites should post weather related information. These website addresses can be found on our Links tab. If you are playing at the home court of your opponent, your head coach should be in phone contact with the opposing coach in anticipation of bad weather so immediate communication can be made if a game is cancelled. Your head coach will then contact all of his/her parents to advise of the cancellation.

KBA will advise coaches as soon as possible when games are cancelled in Kings gyms. This information will be posted on the website as well. Your first point of contact is your head coach.

For practices, if Kings Schools close due to weather, Kings gyms will be closed and practices will be cancelled.

Kings Youth Basketball Nights

Annual Kings Youth Basketball Nights will take place on the following dates:

Saturday, January 14th – Girls Youth Basketball Night (Kings vs Loveland at 7:30 pm)

Saturday, January 21st – Boys Youth Basketball Night (Kings vs Lebanon at 7:30 pm)

We will honor the teams at halftime of the games. All players and two coaches from each team will be admitted free with their jersey and coaching shirt.

The Kings Basketball Association is an organization which provides the opportunity for children to learn and have a positive experience with the game of basketball. The Kings Basketball Association participates in several different leagues including the Fort Ancient Valley Conference, Metro Basketball Association, Southwest Ohio Basketball League and others.
