The Katy Owls are now on winter break.
Look for more information as we get closer to January 17th, 2010 - our first practice of the Spring Season.
Batting cages are still available on Monday nights for those interested.

The Katy Owls would like to welcome back Mark Fobian as the coach for the Fall / Spring 2010 season. We are confident that his expertise and knowledge of the game will take our organization to the next level. Mark is the owner of Line Drive Batting Cages in Katy, TX and is a fantastic coach....we are very excited about the Fall 2009 season with Mark on board!
The Owls are a 14U Premier (Major) team.
Our players are some of the top players in the area.
The Katy Owls are a group of athletes, coaches and parents committed to teaching and playing the game of baseball. More importantly, our goal is to provide instruction and guidance in the principals of teamwork, sportsmanship, and dedication to a common cause. It is with this in mind that we strive to create a positive structured environment of learning that will build character traits that will serve our players for a lifetime.
Katy Owl Players are expected to possess the following qualities:
1. Willingness to take coaching and to study all aspects of the game.
2. A spirit of competition.
3. An intense desire to accept nothing less than the best effort the athlete is capable of giving.
4. Willingness to take responsibility and take an active part in team leadership and unity.
5. Willingness to make sacrifices for the team.
6. A desire to improve both on and off the field.
7. A desire to "make a difference."
