Official Athletic Site of Kapolei High School Boys Soccer: Welcome
|2-Time OIA Champions|
Kapolei High School's boys soccer program has established itself as the school's premier athletic team and as one of the best soccer programs in the state. When Kapolei High School first opened its doors for the 2000- 2001 school year, the only students and student athletes on campus were freshman. The boys varsity soccer roster did not include seniors until the 2003-2004 season. Since its inception 17 years ago, the boys program has:
- Qualified for twelve state tournaments (where they have made the final four six times with four 3rd place finishes)
- Advanced to the Oahu Interscholastic Association Division I Championship game seven times (2005-2006, 2006-2007, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2016-2017).
- Three-time Oahu Interscholastic Division I Champions (2006-2007, 2010-2011 and 2016-2017)
- Captured four Oahu Interscholastic Association Western Division regular season titles (2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006, 2011-2012).
The mission of Kapolei High School's boys soccer program is to create an environment where the student athlete will be nurtured into developing a characteristic of “striving for excellence” in all endeavors. This will include the student athlete’s performance in the classroom, performance and effort on the field of play, behavior in the community, and the demonstration of strong character and integrity in all aspects of their life. Player development will focus on the four pillars of soccer:
