1999 Seasons' Provincial PlayoffsThe August 1999 Junior C Provincials;
After the round robin the playoff round standings were;
1st North Delta Venom
2nd Richmond Nissan Pathfinders
3rd Newton Outlaws
4th Richmond Sluggers
5th Coquitlam Rebels
6th North Vancouver Blues
First Double Knock-out round;
the Outlaws beat the Blues.
the Rebels beat the Sluggers.
the Outlaws then advanced to beat the Pathfinders, while the Rebels advanced to beat the Venom.
Next the losers played to knock out two teams;
the Pathfinders beat the Blues.
the Venom beat the Sluggers.
In the Semi final round;
Pathfinders beat the Venom, eliminating them from further play.
Rebels beat the Outlaws, giving them their first loss in the double knock-out Playoffs.
In the Bronze Medal game;
Pathfinders beat the Outlaws and advanced to play the waiting Rebels.
In the Gold/Silver playoff;
Pathfinders beat the Rebels 5-2 in 8 innings, giving them their first loss and setting up a second game.
Final game saw the Pathfinders win the Gold with a second straight victory over the Rebels this time a 15-8 win.

2000 PROVINCIALS; GOLD, SILVER AND BRONZE!!!!
The Provincials are over for the 2000 Season and the winners are as follows;
GOLD MEDAL CHILLIWACK YOUNG GUNS
SILVER MEDAL COQUITLAM REBELS
BRONZE MEDAL NISSAN PATHFINDERS
Also finishing in the top six were the Richmond Sluggers, the Trapa Tigers and the North Vancouver Blues.
SLUGGERS WIN 2001 TSAWWASSEN TOURNAMENT!!
Richmond Sluggers won gold at the recent Tsawwassen Junior C Tournament, held during the wet and rainy May 27-28, 2000 weekend.
The Sluggers Beat out the North Delta Venom in the Gold/Silver game, while The Trapa Tigers won the bronze medal game over the Midget C Ladner Lucky Charms.

4th Ladner Lucky Charms-Midget C

2001 PROVINCIALS CONGRATULATIONS TO THE VICTORIA ROYALS !!!
Congratulations to the Victoria Royals, winning their first Junior C Provincial Championship, and the Gold Medal, with a 6-3 win over the North Vancouver Blue Ladies. Congratulations also to those Silver Medal winning Blue Ladies and the Bronze Medalists, the Newton Outlaws.
Thanks go out to Suzy Parker, Heather Bee and all the staff at Softball City for putting on a great tournament throughout the rainy weekend.
