Watchung Hills Jr. Warriors: Mission Statement

The mission of the Watchung Hills Hockey Club is to provide a supervised environment that offers the youth of Watchung Hills and the surrounding areas opportunities for personal growth and development through the vehicle of ice hockey. We strive to help children develop their skills and learn the tactics and strategies of the game in fun, family-oriented environment.  We emphasize “life lessons” that have value beyond the ice rink by cultivating a true appreciation for teamwork, honesty, integrity and sportsmanship, while developing the work ethic, character, discipline, respect, self-esteem and confidence of our players to help them become outstanding individuals. We are committed to creating a positive culture in which coaches, parents, fans, officials and athletes work together to achieve our mission.
