North Hall Junior Trojan Cheerleading 2009: Cheer Camp

Cheer camp will be held July 6th through 9th at Wauka Mountain Elementary School from 9:00 to 11:30 for upcoming 2nd-4th graders and from 12:30 to 3:00 for upcoming 5th-7th graders. Please make every effort to drop off and pick up your child promptly. All cheers, chants, and routines will be taught during camp. Camp classes will be conducted by Marisa Chester, a former Falcon’s cheerleader with NHHS cheerleaders and Team Moms as assistants. Please send a water bottle with your cheerleader’s name on it. We will be practicing outside and it will be hot. You should also have your cheerleader apply sunscreen. We may not be able to use the facilities in the school building, but we will have access to a port-a-potty. The girls should wear clothing that is comfortable to cheer and tumble in, preferably shorts and a tee shirt. Tennis shoes are required--anyone who attends without proper footwear will not be allowed to participate. Each girl will receive a cheer tee shirt which should be worn the final day for our performance for the parents.
Each day of camp will have a theme, and the cheerleaders are encouraged to dress according to the theme for that day. Camp themes will be posted at a later date!
