Everett Youth Hockey Program
Tryout For Junior Silvertips or WA HornetsJunior Silvertips Pee-Wee 12U, Bantam 14U, Midget / High School Division I
Tryout Fee: $35
All EYH Tier II team tryouts are open to any player from any organization. 3 tryout sessions will be held for each age division. Tryout dates will be scheduled for the weeks of August 21-31, 2012. All interested players must attend tryouts. Players who wish to try out for an EYH Tier II team must be registered with USA Hockey for the current season and complete the EYH Tryout registration for their specific age division. Any player who is new who is not selected for an EYH Tier II team and did not participate with EYH last season will be able to return to the local youth hockey organization with whom they participated last season or may choose to register with EYH for the current season.

Developmental In-House ProgramMighty -Mite 6U & Mite 8U:
Single Payment Fee $625 | Six (6) Payments Fee $650
Emulate the USA Hockey ADM Program. 2 color reversible USA Hockey jersey and hockey socks provided. Practices: 2 practice ice times per week (1 hour each). Focus on basic skills & FUN; rotate through stations. All players and coaches on ice for each station style practice. (i.e. Skating, Puck Control, Passing, Shooting & Fun/Game type stations). Games: 1 game ice time per week (1 hour) ADM “Red, White & Blue” Cross-Ice 3 on 3 games. 2 games played at same time. Coaches are referees with volunteer Timekeepers & Scorekeepers. Mini nets, “blue” pucks and cross ice dividers will be used.

Recreational "C" Playing In The NPSHLMite Kodiaks:
Single Payment Fee $215
In addition to the developmental in-house program described above a Mite Kodiaks team will participate in the NPSHL (North Puget Sound Hockey League ). Pre-season player evaluation skate will be used to create team. Roster size will be limited to 13 players. All returning 2004 born Mite players will be offered spots on the team. Remaining roster openings will be filled based on ability and age considerations. Players accepting invitations to join the Mite Kodiaks will be subject to the additional fee listed above to cover league fees, referees, and game ice times.

Squirt “C”: Single Payment Fee $940 | Six (6) Payment Fee $975
Pee Wee, Bantam, Midget “C”: Single Payment Fee $990 | Six (6) Payments Fee $1,025
EYH recreational “C” teams will participate in the NPSHL (North Puget Sound Hockey League). Pre-season player evaluation skate used to create balanced team(s). Roster size will be based on actual number of players enrolled. Practices: 2 practice ice times per week (1 hour each). Focus on skating, puck control, game concept skills & FUN. Practice schedules will be published and released approximately 1 month prior to the start of the NPSHL season. Games: EYH recreational “C” teams will play in the NPSHL and follow the league game schedule. Pro weight EYH jersey & socks (Jerseys remain with EYH after season / Players keep their socks). EYH recreational “C” teams may choose to participate in tournaments during breaks in the NPSHL schedule (All tournament costs are the responsibility of the individual teams)

Squirt Jr. Silvertips 10U

EYH will offer one (1) Squirt Jr. Silvertips team. EYH squirt recreational “C” team players will be offered the opportunity to tryout for this team. Tryout will be approximately one month after the start of the NPSHL game schedule. Team Mission: “Allow squirt age player the opportunity to play higher level teams to prepare for competitive hockey in the Pee Wee and higher age divisions.” Practice and game ice times will be scheduled for this team. The fee for this team will be based on the total number of ice times and referees required for games. The Squirt Jr. Silvertips team may choose to participate in tournaments (All tournament costs are the responsibility of the individual teams).

Midget “B” Jr. Silvertips 18U

EYH will offer one (1) Midget “B” Jr. Silvertips team. EYH squirt recreational “C” team players will be offered the opportunity to tryout for this team. Tryout will be approximately one month after the start of the NPSHL game schedule. Team Mission: “Qualify as a PNAHA ‘B’ league team and win the Washington State “B” Tournament.” Practice and game ice times will be scheduled for this team. The fee for this team will be based on the total number of ice times and referees required for games. The Midget Jr. Silvertips team may choose to participate in tournaments (All tournament costs are the responsibility of the individual teams).

Tier II League / PNAHA 'B'
Junior Silvertips Pee-Wee 12U, Bantam 14U
Single Payment Fee $1,550 | Four (4) Payment Fee $1,590
EYH will offer one (1) Tier II / 'B' level team at the Pee Wee & Bantam age divisions. Team Mission: “Qualify as a Tier II or PNAHA ‘B’ league team and then win the Washington State Tournament.” Practices: 2 practice ice times per week (mix of 60 & 75 minutes). Games: “Home” game ice times (90 minutes). EYH Tier II / 'B' teams will participate in the PNAHA Tier II tiering event at the beginning of the season. After the tiering event the team will be either placed in the Tier II or ‘B’ league. Pro weight EYH Jr. Silvertips jersey & socks (Jerseys and socks remain with EYH after season). EYH Tier II / 'B' teams may choose to participate in tournaments (All tournament costs, except the Washington State Tournament are the responsibility of the individual teams).

USA Hockey High School Team
Midget / High School Division I

EYH will offer one (1) USA Hockey High School Division I team (Washington Hornets). Team Mission: “Qualify for the USA Hockey Division I High School hockey national tournament.” Practices: 2 practice ice times per week (mix of 60 & 75 minutes). Games: “Home” game ice times (90 minutes). This team will play in the PNAHA Tier II league. Pro weight EYH Jr. Silvertips / Washington Hornets jersey & socks (Jerseys and socks remain with EYH after season). This team may choose to participate in tournaments (All tournament costs are the responsibility of the individual teams).
