All Managers, Coaches, Board of Directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, have to fill out this amended Volunteer Application before they can assuming their duties.
Also attached is a copy of the Child Protection Program Modifications and Frequently asked Questions about background checks that will be conducted by the league.

Joe Schwartz Little League Scholarship Program
The scholarship program is open to young men and women who have participated at each of the league's organizational levels and will be attending a post-secondary educational institution this coming Fall semester. This includes both new students as well as those who have previously been enrolled and will continue to attend school this Fall.

Joe Schwartz Safety Program
The Joe Schwartz Little League is dedicated to the safety of its players, coaches, parents, and spectators. These individuals within the league are invited and expected to support and particiate in the enforcement of these rules while they are at the fields for games or practices.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Joe Schwartz Little League has a Zero Tolerance Policy in effect every season. Any dissent toward the decisions of an umpire will not be tolerated. Coaches will be responsible for the behavior in the dugouts.
