Howard Vernick, Co-Director Athlete Advantage, clinician

 

1994— Present - Coaching USAV Junior Olympic Club Volleyball. 2 appearances at the USAV Junior National Championships.

2009 - Present, Head Coach for the girls’ volleyball program at Bethlehem Catholic HS. In past years, Howard also served as Head Coach at William Allen HS, Nazareth HS, Christopher Dock Mennonite HS, and Lehigh Valley Christian HS.

2009 - Present, Chairman and coordinator of the Keystone Region Volleyball Association High Performance Program and Keystone Region Board of Directors member.

 

Level II Coaches’ Accreditation from USA Volleyball.  Howard has attended numerous clinics conducted by USA Volleyball and others.

1991—Present Coaching USAV Junior Olympic Club Volleyball. 3 appearances at the USAV Junior National Championships. 

1996 - 2005 Served on Boys/Men's coaching staffs at Emmaus, Whitehall, Parkland, Susquehanna University. During this time, the teams won 3 District XI championships. 

 

Level I Coaches Accreditation from USA Volleyball (Doug Beal instructor). Jeff has attended several clinics conducted by well known university coaches.

2007 —Present Coaching USAV Junior Olympic Club Volleyball.   

1991 - 1998  Played USAV Junior Olympic Club Volleyball. Team attended 2 USAV Junior National Championships.  

1996 - 1999  4 year starter for Emmaus High School. 2 District 11 Championships.  All State teams 1 Honorable Mention and 1 2nd Team. 

1999—2003  4 year starter for Susquehanna University club. 3 National Championship appearances. 5th place finish in 2001.

2003—2007  Asst Coach for Div I National Champion University of Nebraska

2002—2003  Asst Coach for the US Professional Volleyball League

2002  Asst Coach for the USA Junior National Team

1994—2001  Member of the USA National Team

2000 Member of USA Womens' Olympic Team - Sydney, AUS

Competed Professionally in Europe and USA         

2 Time All American at BYU and BYU Hall of Fame Member         

2 Time Junior Olympic MVP
