Concession Stand Sign-Up
In order to support our program, we are asking that each family sign-up to run the concession stand during home games. We are asking each family to bring either hot dog buns or a package of hot dogs. In addition, it has proven helpful if one of the previous workers assist in the initial set up for the next game. This will be especially helpful to those who have not worked our concession stand in the past. Currently, the both JV teams will need workers - JM Gold has 19 home games. Counting double headers, we need to fill 38 slots. We also need to make arrangement to feed the teams between our 7 double headers. The varsity team is scheduled to host 17 regular season games. In order to cover each game, we would usually need a total of 34 workers. This year Mrs. Zelinski has offered to work the concession stand for all games. *In order to keep our stock, we are still asking each family to sign up to bring hot dogs and buns. *We will also need to make arrangements for feeding between double headers. This will also include parents to help in preparing and distributing the items - as well as cleaning up afterword. Thank you for your understanding. Remember to stop by the concession stand to pick your date(s) for double headers. Please check "Calendar" link for schedule. No Uniform Worries! Parents - It is our pleasure to once again assist with the washing of your son's uniform. We will be handling jerseys, underarmour, and t-shrits. In order to make this possible we are asking each family to donate a large bottle of "Liquid All" laundry detergent. |
