The objectives of the North Jersey Jaguars 14U Softball Team are to develop fundamentals and knowledge of softball by providing skilled coaches and opportunities to compete in A-level, elite tournaments; to instill high values and attitudes of sportsmanship, teamwork, respect, and dedication; to prepare players how to deal with success, as well as failure; to promote the student-athlete; to create a family-oriented environment; and to help players realize their potential both on and off the field.
