The Jersey Diamond Girls organization is committed to the training and growth of the youth softball player.


Our philosophy is to teach and train the young player to become the best they can be and to guide that player as they grow through our levels.

Our ultimate goal is to assist each player through the recruiting process and do our best to provide the exposure needed to play at the college level.
