From Highway 169
Take CR-81 west to Elm Creek Blvd. Turn right, follow roundabout to park entrance.
From I-94
Exit at Maple Grove Parkway and turn right (north). Continue on Maple Grove Parkway to CR-81. Turn right (east) onto CR-81. Turn left onto Elm Creek Blvd and follow roundabout to park entrance.
Eastman Nature Center: Take Hwy 169 south to 109th Ave in Champlin. Turn right on 109th Ave. Turn right at second roundabout onto Goose Lake Road. Turn left onto Elm Creek Road. Turn left at nature center entrance.
From Maple Grove & south metro
Chalet & Recreation Area: (From I-94W) Exit at Maple Grove Parkway and turn right (north). Continue on Maple Grove Parkway to CR-81. Turn right (east) onto CR-81. Turn left onto Elm Creek Blvd; take second right out of roundabout into park and follow park signs.
Eastman Nature Center: (From I-94W) Exit at Maple Grove Parkway and turn right (north). Turn right (east) onto 99th Ave. Turn left (north) onto Fernbrook Lane/County Road 121. Turn right onto Elm Creek Road. Turn right at entrance to Eastman Nature Center.

From I-494, go south on East Bush Lake Road approximately 1/2 mile. Follow East Bush Lake Road' which will veer right (west) at the stoplight. Drive past the ski jump on the left; the Nature Center will be the next entrance on the left, about 1 mile. The Recreation Area/Visitor Center/Play Area/Cross-Country Ski Area will be 1 mile further south on the left side. Drive past Bush Lake Beach and Southern Division Administration Center and veer left to the recreation area entrance.

Coming from the Mpls/St. Paul area, we recommend taking I-94 to Clearwater. Then, cut over to Clear Lake which is on Hwy. 10. Go north on Hwy. 10 to Detroit Lakes and turn right (or north) at the first stoplight and follow the resort signs. We find this route almost ½ hour faster or more than taking I-94 to Fergus Falls. In the winter, this is especially valid as you eliminate the blowing snow between Alex and Fergus.

BAKER PARK RESERVE is located at 2301 County Road 19, about 20 miles west of downtown Minneapolis on County Road 19. From Highway 12, take County Road 29 north to County Road 19, and follow Country Road 19 north to the main park entrance. From Highway 55, turn south on County Road 19, and follow County Road 19 to the main entrance.
BAKER NATIONAL GOLF COURSE is located at 2935 Parkview Drive in Medina. Take County Road 24 to County Road 201, turn north on County Road 201 and follow to the golf course entrance. Baker National Golf Course is operated by Three Rivers Park District.
BAKER NEAR-WILDERNESS SETTLEMENT is located at 4001 County Road 24 in Baker Park Reserve, Maple Plain, approximately 20 miles west of downtown Minneapolis. From Highway 55, take County Road 24 about eight miles; the Settlement entrance is on left side of road. The Baker Near-Wilderness Settlement is operated by Three Rivers Park District.
