Six JC Rockets named to Nova Scotia 15 Under Provincial Squad
Justin Colley, Rachelle Coward, Stephanie Hiltz, Sondra Medley, Stephanie Murphy and Sylanda Saunders were all named this week to the squad that will represent the Nova Scotia at the Nationals in Calgary Alberta.
Tremaine Fraser and Scott Martin Win Bronze!
Tremaine and Scott ended a successful fun at the Canadian U15 championships with a third place finish. The Nova Scotian team was lead to a 68-54 victory over Manitoba by an outstanding 19 point performance by Tremaine Fraser. Way to go Guys!
Justine and Shylanda were outstanding as well in a 6th place finish. Despite the fact that they were the youngest kids on the team the girls stood out, giving wonderful performances.
We are proud of all of the kids!
JC Rocket Bantam Girls off to YBOA Nationals
The Bantam Girls leave for Florida to represent us at the Youth Basketball Association National Championships July 02. They are, to our knowledge, the first Canadian Girls team to compete at this level. They will be in Florida from July 02 to July 10th for 6 games against top competition. Teams entered in this tournament are the top 4 from each state qualifier and teams from around the world. Of course, our girls will represent us well.
JC Rockets Finish With 2-4 Record
The JC Rockets YBOA National tournament run ended with a 52-27 loss to the Huskies from Pittsburgh PA. They finished with a 2-4 record. Wonderful Job Girls!!

JC Rocket Bantam A Girls 2004 Provincial Champs!!
The Bantam girls go undefeated at this years provincial championships in Amherst. Congratulations Girls!!
