Jay's All-Stars is a  501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization under AAU. Jay's All-Stars is being run by President, Jason Anderson. Coach Anderson is a current Div. I Asst. Coach at Southern University A&M in Baton Rouge, LA. Also, he has been a High School Head/Asst. baseball coach in the State of Georgia. Our misson statement is to "Promote Athletic Opportunities for Youths" in the Metro Baton Rouge Area to learn the fundamentals of BASEBALL. We also want to increase students' educational knowledge. We will implement after-school tutoring for SAT/ACT and content area subjects for all student-athletes. This will increase high school baseball and softball players opportunity to receive athletic/academic scholarships to play in college. Players will be exposed to College Baseball/Softball Coaches scouting personnel thru camps, showcases, personal training, and summer, fall, and leagues. In Fall 2015  we will have a Fall HS League and we will implement ACT/SAT test prep material and tutoring for potential college student-athletes. The services we will provide for little or no cost to low-income families and scholarships will be award to play on travel baseball and softball teams. • College quality baseball instruction for all levels of youth participation starting at age 6-18 • Camps and clinics offered weekly and or monthly for skill development of the youth in the local community • Camps and clinics offered monthly/quarterly for the development of coaches, umpires, athletic trainers and scouting theory • Educational programs developed in cooperation with the local accredited educational facilities to enhance personal development via individual determination • High level competitive baseball and softball tournaments to further enhance individual and team skill development • Organized baseball and softball leagues at every appropriate level to all skill levels in the interest of personal growth and skill development • Host and partner community events to enhance the growth and development of Baseball and Softball and create local community involvement.

Southern University Asst. Baseball Coach is looking for High School Baseball Players in the Baton Rouge, LA Area & Atlanta Metro Area who wants to play travel baseball. Are you getting no results on your current team? Want to learn how to play the game the from a Div. 1 baseball Coach? Here is your chance to put your skills up against older players. We will play 2 tournaments and single games during the week. We will play all Home Games at Southern University-Lee Hines Field, also we will play in Tournamnets. The cost to participate is $500/per player. Players that make the team can register in-person or online at www.jaysallstars.com at HS Travel Team. Baton Rouge Team 1st payment May 25, 2015 11:59pm, 2nd payment is due June 25, 2015 11:59pm. Payments can be made out to: Jays All Stars. Baseball is my passion. I have lived and breathed baseball since I was 6 years old. I am currently the Assistant Baseball Coach at Southern University. I was a high school Head Baseball Coach in DeKalb County, GA for 3 years. I have helped over 20 players in the last 3 years to have an opportunity to play college baseball (Div., I, II, JUCO). I want to share my knowledge of baseball; along with the life lessons it has taught me. As a camp participant, you will learn baseball fundamentals, the mental approach, and much more to help you become a productive player.

  Players will work on Fielding, Hitting, and Pitching fundamentals. Games will be played daily. Each camper will get a camp shirt. The cost is $200.00/per camper. The camp will be at Southern University A&M's baseball field for the first 3 weeks Mon-Wed 9am-12:30pm.7/6-7/8, 7/13-7/15, 7/20-7/22. Ages 13-17. Registration will only be online. College -2001 graduated from Southern University with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Studies, (2002-2005) Asst. Baseball Coach (Southern University A&M) -1st Team All-SWAC in 99, 00, 01 -1St Team All SWAC Tournament Team 99, 00, 01. Won Confrerence championships 99, 01, 02. Graduate Assistant Coach 

Career: Record 20-6, 3.14 ERA, 204 Total Strikeouts
