*< OUR MISSION:To promote the growth of Track & Field and Cross Country running by giving our youth the oppurtunity to be part of a running program designed to reinforce the positive advantages of fitness and living a healthy lifestyle through education and training. To be introduced to the joys and benefits of team running while receiving sport specific training from accomplished coaches and athletes from our community.They will learn a love ,respect and understanding of the commitment and dedications required that will also translate to all other aspects of their lives going forward. No running experience is required as each athletes level of fitness will be taken into consideration to develop a training and performance plan accordingly. Any child of any fitness level is welcome as it is our goal to help improve fitness, confidence and self esteem through a fun team oriented program building to competition.

REGISTRATION: Includes memberships to USATF & AAU organizations who provide secondary insurance for our athletes during sanctioned practices and events!Full uniform package available which includes Race Short & Singlet,T-shirt, Hooded Sweatshirt and Sweatpants as well as an Athletic Bag ALL emblazoned with our Team Name & Logo!

*Island Express would also like to recognize the efforts and commitment of the CYO Coaches who also contribute greatly to the kids success. As with us, they do not get paid, use "their" time to only recieve the gratification of knowing they are making a tremendous difference in the lives of these kids. We Thank You

*Island Express Practices: Times, Dates & location to be given upon contacting Team Mgmt. Please bring bottled water for your child & ensure proper running attire. Kids should have a decent pair of running sneakers(not Basketball etc.), shorts/sweats & t shirt to run in depending on the weather.All registrations can be completed at practices.

Jared shows everyone that being new to the sport won't stop him from a great performance,
Jared completes the course with a personal best as he keeps getting stronger! Keep it up kid!
Michael looks strong as he finishes two great races in a row! Realization strikes!
William cruises to another Victory looking strong and setting the example for everyone!
Oadhan shows that following Coach Als workouts keeps moving him closer to the top!
Cameron gains & puts distance on his competitors as he gets better each race! Special
thanks goes out to Coach Ballou of St.Joe/St.Thomas for working him to each great finish!
Harrisons stride & performances keep improving with each practice and race! Fantastic!
Mikey E. finishes a great race with a great kick! Another rising star to watch out for!
Mary Kate shows she can dominate even with her eyes closed! Winner...in 14:07 4K!

Mackenzie sets out and completes another of her strongest performances in 14:36 4K!

Zaila strikes BacK! She destroys her personal best by 3min. & 5 secs. on a very fast course!
Another example of how being dedicated to your workouts will benefit you in the race!
Dom came ready & accomplishes what he set out for with an amazing top youth boys time
of 13:46 in the 4K event! He shows when you want something...you go get it! So proud!
Anthony as well runs a personal best on his quest to get to the top! And its happening!
Great Job Anthony...keep up the workouts and keep watching the times dip!
Zachs looks and acts of determination help him to run two of the strongest races in a row!
He proves to everyone and himself that he will and can be one of the best! Its working!
Amazing! Ryan flies to finish with all guts and determination even after coming off a
week of being sick! He runs a great race and shows a never give up attitude! Great Example!
Kieran shows his athleticism as he also runs excellent as a new member of IETC! Another
future rising star in our sport. With practice comes great performances! Well Done!

Sofia, the youngest of the Great Running Family of the Garcias always
runs with heart & strength to be amongst the top finishers every time!
Cameron steadily overcomes pre race jitters to always finish near the top
and with each time gets closer and closer...Keep up the GREAT WORK!
If their was a running superhero we would put a cape on him and call
him SuperWill because of his hard work & dedication which always has
him striving for his best AND achieving it!! Great kid w/ Great Results
Oadhan takes to the air on the homestretch running an awesome race
each time taking him to new heights! Just gets better & better!
Casey weaves through the runners to keep moving up in the race. She
finished in awesome fashion with a great time using her strategy!
Harrison hammers his way on the final stretch as our most improved
runner from last year! He is literally making great strides!
Mikey Evans runs a steady strong race throughout and consistently improves
each time out. One of IETC's future stars!!! Go Mikey!
Kate looks great and puts on the fiercest kick of the day in the 3K!
Emma comes on strong down the final stretch and shows great form
as she never gives up to the finish! Thats how it's done! Nice
Dom coming to the final stretch after blazing the downhill for an awesome
finish! Great job Dom!
Tamia & Mackenzie both run OUTSTANDING finishing a second apart!
Mary Kate runs one of the best performances of the day showing
everyone what training over the summer can do! Great Job MK!
Zach takes on the 4K and Cemetary Hill in his IETC debut and runs
in good form throughout getting better with each step he takes!
Anthony steadily improves and has shown that NOTHING will stop him
from striving for his PR every race! IETC's most willed reunner!
