Team Practices
We are giving the Section team the day off today (Wednesday) but will be practicing again starting Thursday. While it is mandatory that all state qualifiers attend these practices, all other varsity and JV skiers are invited to weekday workouts.

Nordic Ski Team Banquet - Reservations & payment are due February 12th!
The end of season team banquet is Sunday, February 19, 2012, from 5-8pm, at Rosemount High School. If you cannot find your reservation form, you may download another copy from the handouts section (Handouts/2011-2012 Handouts/Booster Club & Booster Board Documents/Banquet Reservation Form). Payment & mailing instructions are located on the form.
Practice Schedule
Week of Feb. 6th - Feb. 11th Always bring running shoes and an old pair of classic length ski poles to dryland practices for ski simulation workouts. Monday 2/6: Brief running practice at Valleywood, 3:15 until approx. 4:00. Waxing at the ALC for those skiers that have not waxed their skis for sections immediately after practice. Tuesday 2/7: Sections race at Trollhaugen. No practice for JV. Wednesday 2/8: Active recovery workout on your own for section skiers who qualify for State Thursday 2/9: Green Acres - Freestyle Friday 2/10: Elm Creek Park Reserve - ClassicSaturday 2/11: Wirth or Green Acres (depending on trail conditions) for State qualifiers - Freestyle
