The Bismarck/Mandan Soccer Referee Association (BMSRA) will be conducting an entry level soccer referee course for anyone Interested in becoming a certified referee or assistant referee.  This course is free of charge and is mandatory for anyone wanting to register with the United States Soccer Federation (needed for officiating summer club soccer games and BSL game).  The fee to register as a referee is $40.00.  This course would also be helpful for anyone who would like to become an official for high school and junior high school games.  Anyone just wanting to learn the rules of soccer is also welcome to attend.  Sessions will be in the basement meeting rooms of the Zion Lutheran Church (413 East Avenue D).  You can use the North or South doors.
