ISA league rules 2004
Here is the latest version of ISA's league rules for the 2004 Winter season.
Make sure you fully understand the rules before your season starts. All competitive league games are officiated by certified USFF referees and you will be expected to know the rules for play and equipment. Don't miss out on the action because of a technicality!

Illegal substitution practices.
Too long to restart from deadball situations. (4 seconds)
