Light Payment to Park
There is now a ‘drop box’ available at the front door of the Administration Building at Whispering Pines that you may use for making any light payments if we are not open or if we are out of the office. There are envelopes for you to use.
Please be sure to legibly write your name, the field and date of your practice and the amount of money you are dropping. I will not be calling you to verify that I have received the payment. You may call prior to your practice if you want to verify that the payment was received.
I highly suggest that you use checks but know that if you leave CASH we are not responsible should someone decide to destroy the drop box and steal whatever is inside. We will empty the drop box Monday thru Friday but possibly not on Saturday or Sunday.
Please be sure to tell any of your team moms or helpers that they must put the MANAGER’S name on the envelope so I know who it is for.
You can’t make reservations for fields by leaving me notes….we are only accepting payments in this manner for future practices. We hope this makes it easier for everyone…you’ll be able to drop payment to us on your way out of the park for your next practice date that requires lights.
Thanks!
