Northeast Invasion is a team consisting of players from Massachusetts and Southern NH. We have a group of talented athletes who participate in many other sports in addition to Softball. You will see them on the Basketball courts, Hockey rinks, Soccer fields, Volleyball courts, Field Hockey fields, even Running track & Cheerleading. You will also find them at indoor facilities playing the games they love in the off season--This is New England after all! All these activities will contribute to their success both on and off the Diamond.
Northeast Invasion has a great group of girls and parents. We are fortunate to have such dedication and experience on our roster and sidelines!!!!

Invasion goes 7-1 in 2005 Montreal International Challenge
This past week Invasion went 7-1 in the Montreal International Fastpitch Challenge. The team placed second in pool play while being the only American team to go 6-0 in pool play.
We defeated PEI Canada Games, Ontario Double B, MA Bandits, ON Aces, PA Pirates & PA Odyssey in pool play.
Our first game on Sunday was the GA Extreme, where our bats finally awoke and carried us into the Quarterfinal against Kars Aces, ON. We lost 3-1 to a tough Kars Aces team on Sunday that we had defeated earlier in the week 7-3.
We had a great time & showed our offense can really produce scoring 43 runs in our first 6 games!! Go Invasion!

Ladies what an incredible season. You've played many tough games, lost a few heartbreakers, won a few squeakers..all with that incredible TEAM effort. Not many teams can say an amazing effort, hit, or play comes from any one of the talented cast of players, there are no stars here, there are always 9 on the field. My favorite saying this year was, "You can't pitch around the whole team". You ladies proved it.....in addition the number of shutouts your sharp "Invasion D" defense brought us are almost unthinkable.
What can I say other than GO INVASION!!!!!!!!! One last weekend and we'll be looking forward to 2003.

Invasion 2003, Makes it Debut at 16U- Fall 2002
Northeast Invasion played it's first tournament as a 16U team. The 2003 Invasion roster lived up to our hopes, and then some, in the Fall Brawl this past weekend. With a 6-1 record on the weekend, you impressed everyone with your performance. We had hoped all the new faces would find a way to blend and succeed after practicing together just once, you did it!
Names & uniforms weren't important, we managed to answer to wrong names and play in shirts that just arrived on Saturday morning.
The final is not a bad place to pick up your first loss, you worked had and got there ladies. The trophies may say second place and be an inch shorter, but we watched you support each other, make new friends, and become a TEAM.
We were down a few players due to High School and family commitments, but those who could be there came through in a big way.
A few stats from this weekend:
OFFENSE: 39 Runs scored, 343 Team batting average, 61 Hits, 46 Singles, 9 Doubles, 5 Triples and 2 Home Runs...Unbelievable.
Defense/Pitching:
6 Double plays, only 30 hits allowed, opposing teams batting average=.180, 3 shutouts, 7 walks, 33 strike outs. A team pitching ERA on the weekend of 1.30....incredible.
Can't imagine what this team will achieve with a few practices together and a winter of indoor ball at Strike One......GO INVASION!!!
2002-2003 Indoors at Strike One In Danvers
Way to go Invasion!! 2nd Place finish in the 18U indoor league at Strike One in Danvers, not bad for a 16U team...way to go ladies!
The indoor season is underway at Strike One in Danvers. Invasion started the indoor season right, winning both games of our opening day double header,14-0 against Salem, MA and 11-1 against the NH Hurricanes.
A most impressive outing considering we're playing over our heads in the 18U division. Jackie & Molly threw impressive games, combining for only 4 hits and 2 walks in both games. Invasion defense has teams wondering how to score on us---and the awesome hitting helped Invasion to outscore our opponents 25-1 !!!
Ladies you have us convinced that playing at 18's was the right decision, you'd never know 3 of you can stay at 14's next year, and 8 others will be first year 16's in 2003. Way to Go INVASION!!! Keep up the good work!
Invasion Wins Three In a Row
Northeast Invasion won the Bow Turnament going undefeated on the weekend once again. Great job in the finals with your great offense to outslug the Connecticut Cobras and take the championship game 7-1.
Another fine job & great time in Gilford. What a great scenic tournament site, gotta love the combination of softball & the lakes. There was some great competition from all over New England represented, but once again you won the pool and went on to defeat the Mary Janes from Maine 6-1 for the Championship. What a total team effort.....Way to go Invasion!
Northeast Invasion also took the Methuen tournament held 08/08 to 08/10. Invasion took the semi-final over the Rhode Island Thunder 2-0 and the Final over Rhode Island Hot Shots 4-1. Great Job Invasion!!!
Our tournament Record this season looks great! NSA State Champions, 3 additional First Place finishes & a Runner Up .....not bad for a young U16 Team...CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT NEXT YEAR BRINGS. We'll be wrapping up our season in Dracut Next weekend....
