Membership in the organization is $15. A proof of birthdate is required for members 18 and younger in the form of a COPY of a legal document such as a birth certificate, passport or driver's licence. This information can be sent to Ruth Van Kuren, 418 Cocolalla St., Cheney, WA 99004-1753.
