"One of the most useful hockey school programs around"
For the hockey school we do not flood the ice with 50 skaters as most all hockey schools do. They try to tell you that they have "3-1" player/instructor ratio. They still can only accomplish 3 or 4 drills with 1 or 2 kids skating per drill...that becomes a stand and watch hockey school.
We break it down into forwards, defense and goaltenders. The kids get exhausted by the number of drill repititions that they do in one day. The key is having the player learn something that they can carry over into the hockey season and make it beneficial...to them.
Balance training, Resistance training, Edge control, Power, Speed, Confidence.
