WELCOME TO THE WEBSITE of the INDIGO PARK STINGRAYS, a neighborhood swim team in Williamsburg, Virginia, and a member team of the Virginia Peninsula Swim Union. 

We welcome our coaches for 2009.  Head Coach Jason Brisson is an outgoing Co-Captain of the College of William & Mary Swim Team and a standout team record holder.  He has a distinguished swimming career with NOVA of Richmond and coached a large neighborhood team in Richmond for several years.  Assistant coach Melissa Conner has a distinguished VPSU swimming and coaching background, serving in previous years as Indigo Park Head Coach, as well as assistant coach for USA swim teams.  Assistant coach Ricky Knicely has been an All-State swimmer on the State Champion Jamestown and Lafayette High School swim teams and recently competed at the Virginia Swimming Sectionals in Germantown, Maryland.  Ricky has served as Assistant Coach for the last two years.  WELCOME COACHES!!!

The Stingrays had a great 2008 season. Our swimmers posted a great record, 3-1 record in Division III Dual Meets and finished 12th at the VPSU Championship Meet as well. GREAT JOB, swimmers!!!!  In 2009, Indigo Park moves up to competition in Division II and is looking forward to new challenges.

Directions to the Indigo Park Pool: Take Route 199 to Route 5, turn West onto Route 5 and take a right on the second street on the right (Stanley Drive). The pool is at the end of Stanley Drive. 

Stingrays practices start Tuesday, May 26 as follows:

3:30 - 4:30 PM        middle & high schoolers
4:30 - 5:30 PM       elementary students

First meet: Thursday, June 18, at Wellington.
