Sign-Ups for the 2013 Season are
May 18th, June 22nd, July 13th & 20th
at Dick's Sporting Goods in
Independence from 9am to 1pm
In order to participate in the 2013 Season, all participants must have submitted by August 1st the following documentation:

a complete 2012-2013 grade card showing grades for the entire school year

a completed 2013 Pop Warner Physical Form (see below to download form)

a birth certificate

June 1st is a FREE Football camp down at the Pop Warner fields for ages 4 - 14 please click on the link above to register for it online.
