Fall Soccer Signups
Come sign up for the Fall 2007 soccer season at Incline Middle School on Wednesday, May 2nd or Tuesday, May 8th (6:30-8:00pm both nights).
All new players must bring a copy of a government-issued document that shows birth date (e.g. birth certificate). Players who have played AYSO soccer in Incline Village in any past season need not bring proof of age.
The 2007 fee is $70 per player (each additional family member is $60). The registration fee includes a uniform (team jersey, black shorts, and coordinating socks) that each player can keep, and an end-of-season award (e.g. trophy, medal).
Sign up at one of the two Registration Nights (May 2nd or May 8th) and pay only $55 per child, $45 per additional family member.
If you miss one of the two Registration Nights, you can register by mail and pay $70 per child, $60 per additional family member. Your registration and volunteer forms must be mailed together and received by June 22, 2007.
For mail-in, please pick up registration and volunteer forms at the IVGID Recreation Center. Mail both forms, with a copy of the player’s birth certificate and a copy of a photo ID for each volunteer to the AYSO mailing address to the left.
