Imperial Pop Warner : Welcome

                Welcome to Imperial Pop Warner Football & Spirit Program.  Imperial Pop Warner provides a football and cheer program for boys and girls ages 5 through 15.  We are a non-profit organization made up entirely of volunteers hoping to provide an activity for our youth that teaches responsibility, teamwork and discipline while still providing lots of fun.  If this is your first involvement with our organization, welcome to the family.  If you are returning, welcome back.   

Please be sensitive to the fact that we are all volunteers and are always looking to get more people involved.  If you are interested in helping, you may speak to our board members or to your head coach.  We feel strongly that the children get more out of the experience when they feel that they have shared it with their family.  

All coaches and other volunteers are required to have an application on file with Imperial Pop Warner so that we can do a background check.  We are sensitive to the fact that some people don’t have the best interests of the kids at heart and we do what we can to put the kids first. 

Most of us have children in the Pop Warner program as well and we know it is not an expense that can be taken lightly.  We ask that you be supportive of our efforts and get involved.  If you have ideas that would allow us to charge less, then get involved and help make it happen.  It is our goal to allow as many kids to participate as possible.  If you are in a situation that you may not be able to pay the entire costs, then speak to us, and we will see if we can make special arrangements which involves finding an individual sponsor.  Perhaps you can volunteer in the snack bar or count plays. Then we could give some relief from the registration expenses.  In any case, speak with us before you rule out your child’s participation strictly based on expense.

Imperial Pop Warner Fundraising

Imperial Pop Warner fundraising is the lifeblood of our program. IPW cannot force anyone to fundraise, however this is the way we are allowed to keep our operating costs down and registration fees from going up.

We ask that you help out and participate in our fundraising activities this year.

You will be given 10 tickets at the time of your childs sign up. You must sign for these tickets upon recieving them. These tickets are $5.00 each. This raffle will be a cash drawing and all information is printed on the ticket.

As an incentive for this raffle, we have decided to reward the 1 seller who sells the most tickets ABOVE 50. You must sell at least 50 tickets to be eligible, the 1 seller who sells the most tickets above 50 will win there choice of a Play Station 4 or Xbox 1.
