NEBRASKA IMPACT VBC: Camps, Clinics & Lessons

SUMMER CAMP
Nebraska Impact's summer camp will be held June 17-21, 2013.  11-12s & 13-14s will be from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 15s-16s & 17s-18s will be from 1:00-4:00 p.m.  Click here for registration form.  Cost for summer camp is $100 per player.  Advanced reservations only.

2013 Fall Clinics
Fall Clinics will begin in September, 2013. Ages 14, 13, 12, 11 and 10 & under clinics will begin late August, 2013.  This eight week clinic will be two hour sessions from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on Sundays in September and October.  Details to follow.  Advance reservations are required.  Email your reservation to Debi at mdgodek@cox.net.  

2013 Fall Open Gym for Ages 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18's Not Playing in High School or Middle School
Nebraska Impact VBC/The Oasis Sports Center will form two teams to participate in the homeschool league.  This league will be for those players who are not playing high school (9th-12th grade) OR middle school (7th-8th grade) volleyball.  We will form a varsity and JV team.  Do you want to start playing club volleyball before tryouts?  This is the answer.   Practices will start mid August and run for approximately eight weeks.  More information to be announced soon.

Individual Lessons and Specialized Clinics
Impact offers individual lessons and specialized clinics during the summer and fall.  Contact Debi at mdgodek@cox.net for details and appointments.  Or call her at 402-699-1021.

Setter/RS Clinics will focus on setting techniques and right side hitter attacking skills.  Special emphasis will be footwork and arm swing.

 

DS/Libero Clinics will focus on improving passing, digging and back row hitting techniques.

 

Left Side Hitter Clinics will focus on improving a more powerful arm swing and efficient attacking skills.  Footwork and technique will also be discussed and demonstrated.

 

Middle Hitter Clinics will focus on improving a more powerful arm swing and efficient attacking skills for the middle hitter.  Blocking and footwork will also be a focal point of this clinic.
