Krista played high school volleyball at Platteview and attended Peru State College where she played on the volleyball team. She is currently a teacher at Westside High School. Krista is married to Aaron, has two children. She is still active in the Omaha volleyball community. She has previously coached girls' volleyball in the YMCA programs. Krista's philosopy is to teach the correct fundamentals at an early age.
