Bo began coaching with Nebraska Impact ten years ago and in 2009 was appointed Nebraska Impact Assistant Club Director. Bo coached freshman and JV volleyball at Millard West for over 4 years with an overall record of 92-10. Most currently Bo is the Head Varsity Coach at Omaha South High School. Bos teams have had great success over the years, the Banzai team earned a 9th place finish at both Northern Lights and Colorado Crossroads National qualifiers in 2008. They then went on to earn a 1st place title in the Great Plains Bid Tournament which allowed them to travel to the USA Junior Olympic Girls Volleyball Championship in Miami in 2009. That same time went on the following year to earn a 2nd place Great Plains Bid and traveled in Nationals in Reno in 2010. In 2011, this same team had the greatest success with a 2nd place finish at the Presidents Day, 5th place finish in Denver and 4th place finish in Kansas City. The team went on to win 1st place at the Great Plains Bid Tournament again which allowed them to attend Nationals for a third year in a row in Atlanta Georgia. In the 2012 season, the Banzai team qualified again for the Girls' Junior Nationals in Columbus, Ohio. Bos younger team Bojonzai was also ranked number one throughout the entire season in 2011 and 2012. Bo is a firm believer in goal setting, each of us has a fire in our hearts for something and its our goal in life to find it and keep it going.
