ANOTHER WIN FOR BOJONZAI!
12 Bojonzai won their second tournament February 11 at Spikes in Lincoln winning the 13 Gold Division.  12 XPLOSION WINS AT THE OASIS! The 12 Xplosion team won their first tournament Saturday, February 4th, at The Lightning Silver Bowl tournament held at The Oasis. Seven teams made it to the tournament during the snow storm. Congrats, ladies!  CONGRATULATIONS TO IGNITE! Congratulationsto the 10's team who won their tournament Sunday, January 29th in Bellevue.  CONGRATULATIONS TO BOJONZAI! Congratulations to the 12 Select Bojonzai team who won the 13 Gold Division on Saturday, January 21st!  WELCOME TO THE 2011/2012 CLUB VOLLEYBALL SEASON! Tryouts are over! We have some great athletes for the upcoming club season fielding 2-18's, 2-17's, 2-16's, 1-16/15's, 2-15's, 4-14's, 3-13's, 7-12's, 1-11's and 1-10's teams. Practice schedules will be out to your coaches by Wednesday, November 23rd. Welcome back and welcome to the Impact "family"! Check your team's practice schedule in the link to the left under "Oasis Practice Schedule" (revised 12/11/11). Mark A. Pletka Memorial Scholarship Fund Offered by Nebraska Impact VBC Mark died in a car accident in 2008. He was an avid volleyball player in the Omaha area and a long time friend. This memorial scholarship fund was created in Mark's name to keep his memory alive and to give deserving Nebraska Impact players scholarship grants to help defray their club fees. THE GODEK TWIN GRANDBABIES ARE HERE! Master Beckett Bryair and Miss Abrea Jaycee Van Gilder made their "surprise" appearance a month early Thursday, September 15, at 1:53 p.m. Beckett weighed in at 5 lbs 7 oz, 19 1/2 inches and Abrea weighed in at 4 lbs 13 oz, 19 1/4 inches. After a week in Bergan Mercy's NICU, they are both home now and doing well. Our daughter Shelly and her husband Blake are the proud parents of these tiny little miracles. Thank you for all of your prayers!!   CONTRATULATIONS TO EN FUEGO! Congratulations to En Fuego who received a bid to nationals! Wow, three teams now attending the USA Girls' National Volleyball Championships in Atlanta. CONGRATULATIONS TO RAGE AND BANZAI! Congratulations to Nebraska Impact 18 Select Rage and to Nebraska Impact 17 Select Banzai for winning the Great Plains Region's bid in the "national division" to the USA Girls' National Volleyball Championships. The championships will be held the end of June and the first of July in Atlanta, Georgia. Way to go girls! We are so proud of you all. The team won the 11's Division at the Great Plains Regional tournament on April 2nd. Congratulations! FUTEKI AND BOJONZAI WIN ANOTHER ONE! The 151 Futeki team won their tournament at the Bellevue tournament held Sunday, March 6, and the 11 Select Bojonzai team won their tournament held at The Westroads Club Saturday, March 5. Wow! Congratulations!   151 FUTEKI 11 SELECT BOJONZAI BANZAI PLACES 2ND @ PRESIDENT'S DAY TOURNAMENT! Congratulations to Banzai for finishing 2nd in the 17 Club Division at the President's Day tournament at the Qwest Center Monday, February 21st. They took the Texas Tejas team to three sets. Their record for the three day tournament was 8-1. Wow! BOJONZAI WINS AT VOLLEYMANIA! Congratulations to 11 Select Bojonzai for winning the Volleymania tournament at The Digz Saturday, February 12th!  ANOTHER WIN FOR 12 SELECT EN FUEGO! Congratulations to 12 Select En Fuego for their second championship. They won the 12 Gold tournament at The Oasis Early Bird tournament Saturday, Jan 22nd. Two tournaments and two wins!  CONGRATULATIONS TO 151 FUTEKI AND 16 SELECT AMP! Congrats to Team Futeki for winning the gold tournament in the Bellevue Snowball Classice this past weekend and to Team 16 Select Amp for winning the 16 gold tournament in the Omaha Wave January Thaw (Jan 16)!   CONGRATULATIONS TO 12 SELECT FOR WINNING THEIR FIRST TOURNAMENT! We had seven Impact teams play this past weekend (Jan 9). Everyone played awesome! We heard several comments from the stands that the Impact teams were very impressive. The 12 Select team really made a big showing by winning the gold tournament at the Bellevue Winterfest Tournament @ Bellevue West HS.

Our new four (4) court regulation size volleyball facility officially opened February 1, 2010. "The Oasis Sports Center" is located just south of 137th Circle and Giles Road at 8619 South 137th Circle, Suite 2, Omaha. We have 24' high ceilings, restrooms and a concession area.
