SIX TRAITS OF CHARACTER should be present during each season for everybody involved--players, managers, coaches, parents, umpires and fans.  The SIX TRAITS include RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, TRUSTWORTHINESS, FAIRNESS, CARING, and CITIZENSHIP

A few items a parent and/or fan should abide by

.  Children have more need of example than criticism

.  Strive to assist in having the children play in a safe and healthy environment

.  Shall learn the rules of the game and the policies of the league

.  A child is easily affected by outside influences ( attempt to relieve the pressure of competition, not increase it)
