Welcome to the Inver Grove Heights Softball Federation website. 

Pitching clinics are being held at Pine Bend Elementary for anyone new to pitching or existing pitchers.  You MUST bring your own catcher.  Dates are Mondays, November 30, December 7, 14 and 21.  Times for 10U are 3:30 - 4:15 PM and 12U and up are 4:15 - 5:00 PM. 

There will also be open gym time at the VMCC in the Armory Gym from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday, December 4.  Bring all of your gear.  There is a $10 charge per player.  Any parents interested in helping are more than welcome to attend.  This Friday the players will be working on bunting and slapping.

Spring Training dates/times will be added shortly.

The IGHSF organization offers the support and development of fastpitch softball at the 10U, 12U, 14U and 16U levels to play competitive traveling softball in the MMFL league. 
The Little Spartan  league will be back again this year.  Little Spartans is a non-traveling league for the ages of 6 - 9 years of age.

The  summer season traveling leagues begin in May and conclude in mid-July.  Fall ball leagues are also offered with play on Sunday afternoons in August and September.  Summer registration is in February and Fall registration is in July.
