GOLD TEAM WINS CLOROX CUP 2007
Our ICFC Gold team won this year's Clorox Cup, in Bella Vista, AR, Sept. 16 with an amazing 26 goals for and zero against for the weekend!
CONGRATULATIONS TEAM!
The team played four games and averaged a little over 8 goals a game. The team goal tally was led by Rachel Hardgraves who netted 8 and won the team's MVP honors, as voted on by the opposing coaches...congratulations Rachel!
Deanne Rudasil led the Lady Comets in goal with a 0.00 goals against average...that's no goals scored against for the team all weekend! Congrats Deanne and the whole team for their defensive efforts.
Eight different Lady Comets scored and there were 21 assists on the 28 goals...great teamwork ladies!
Well done ladies, Coach Angie, and Coach Donovan!

SILVER TEAM ARE FINALISTS OF DAWG DAZE 2007
The Silver team took the Finalists spot in their first tournament of the fall season in Ft. Smith during the weekend of Sept. 10th.
The team scored 10 goals in the rain and mud during the weekend. The conditions weren't great, but the ladies took in some much needed competition and dealt well with the elements.
The team played the Bryant "Her"-icanne in the final Sunday afternoon after losing to them the previous day 1-4. After winning their first game Sunday, they assured themselves a rematch with Bryant and they showed up to make a statement. They took a 1-0 lead into halftime after a nice goal by Makalya Wilson about 20 minutes into the game.
Bryant, just like Saturday, came out strong in the second half and were able to put in two late goals. The Lady Comets had opportunities and the team put great desire and determination into every ball played. They came close to tying in the closing minutes, but Bryant were able to hold off the surge to win the Championship, 2-1.
Congratulations Ladies on a job well done!
