Popa Goaltending nothing but problems.

Popa Goaltending nothing but problems.
I had a problrem with the Popa goaltending clininc and I was wondering if anyone had a similar problem. My son signed up for stefan Popa's winter breakway clinic. Stefan cancelled the clininc just a day or two before. He said he would reimburse our money but he never. He just pocketed (kept) our money. I was wondering if this happened to anyone else and if so how you were able to get your money back? I cant believe some one could get away with this.
