Rick Heinz will be holding a one week camp for players & goalies from July 6-10 at the Rink at Lehigh Valley from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Goalies Typical Day is:
8:30am – 9:00am – Goalies get dressed
9:00am – 11:00am – On-Ice skate, mass teaching, specific drills for goalies
11:00am – 12:00pm – On-Ice game situations, Player and Goalie components combined
12:00pm – 1:00pm – Lunch / Classroom Training
1:00pm – 2:00pm – Video Analysis
2:00pm – 3:00pm – Off-Ice Conditioning

Players Typical Day is:
