2010 ICBA ENTRY FORM

September 7, 2009 Tournament Status

The Tippecanoe Tornados (www.hustl.org) is hosting the third annual Lafayette Invitational Tournament for homeschool, Christian ministry, and Christian school varsity boys teams on February 26 and 27, 2010 in Lafayette, Indiana. The team entry fee is $200 and each team will play three games at their competitive level. Placing will be determined by a tournament power ranking index. Awards include trophies and player medals for 1st through 5th place teams, all-tourney players, MVP, and best free throw and 3-pt shooters. The 2011 LHI is planned for February 24-25, 2011. Two slots remain until October 1, otherwise the tournament will be set with the following 12 verbally committed teams. Anderson Crusadors, Cincinatti Trailblazers, Eastside Golden Eagles (defending champs), Higher Praise, Kokomo Eagles, Laurel Rams, Michiana Mustangs, Noblesville Lions, Noble-Whitley Warriors, Northwest Warriors, Tippecanoe Tornados, and Wabash Valley Warriors. 2010 ICBA ENTRY FORM

The Indiana Christian Basketball Alliance has an insurance program for those who need coverage. The Insurance has liability coverage which will make it easier and less costly for you to rent public gym facilities. The insurance summary can be reviewed by opening the attachment "USSFA INSURANCE SUMMARY." Club and individual forms are also attached in pdf format as well as microsoft word format. The dates shown on the summary are for 2004 -2005, but the coverage is the same for the program year of 2005 - 2006.

The following is coverage provided to your club/team via membership in the USSFA program. Insurance coverage begins August 15, 2005 and expires on August 15. 2006.
To have complete insurance your club/team must be a member plus all participating coaches and athletes. Coverage is good for all organized/supervised practices and competitions.
