A "working document," the ICBA Directory is revised from time to time for each basketball season.

The Directory contains the names and contact information for the Region and State ICBA Tournament organizers. Also given is a list of Home School Basketball teams in the state of Indiana, an email contact list of team representatives, and ICBA Guidelines.

The Indiana Christian Basketball Alliance has an insurance program for those who need coverage. The Insurance has liability coverage which will make it easier and less costly for you to rent public gym facilities. The insurance summary can be reviewed by opening the attachment "USSFA INSURANCE SUMMARY." Club and individual forms are also attached in pdf format which can be printed, then filled out and mailed to the USSFA Office.

2012 – 2013 Season
The following is coverage provided to your club/team via membership in the USSFA program.
Insurance coverage begins August 1, 2012 and expires on August 1, 2013.

To have complete insurance your club/team must be a member plus all participating coaches and athletes. Coverage is good for all of the club/team organized/supervised practices and competitions.

Liability:
$3,000,000 General Aggregate
$3,000,000 Products – Comp/Op Agg.
$1,000,000 Personal & Adv Injury
$1,000,000 Each Occurrence
$100,000 Fire Damage
$0 Deductible


Medical Accident:
$100,000 Medical / Accidental Dental Expense Maximum (excess)

The USSFA can also offer Camp, Clinic or Tournament insurance of the combined coverage
listed above at $1.75 per participant – 1 day fee; 2 days - $3.00; 3 days - $4.25;
4 days - $5.50 and 5 days - $6.75, additional days are $1.25 each.
