Comets White are Columbia Invitational 2011 U16 Premier Champs
Comets White wrapped up 2011 the same way they began the year, bringing home the championship trophy from the Columbia Invitational held November 19-20 in Maryland. The team possessed the ball well throughout the weekend and saw many different players put the ball in the back of the net. The scoring was tough to come across in the championship game and the team came back from a deficit during the PK shootout to get 1st place.

Comets White are President's Day Cup 2011 Champs
Comets White won their 2nd tournament championship in a row over President's Day Weekend by winning the top group at the VA Legacy President's Day Cup. The team won each of their 4 games to go undefeated in the round-robin style format and clinch 1st place. The team scored 11 goals while posting shutouts in all 4 matches to give up zero goals for the entire weekend.
Monday, January 17
Indoor Champions! Comets White played in the first session of Indoor Soccer at the Dulles Sportsplex and finished the season undefeated along with the best goal difference in their division. They capped the session with a strong performance in the Championship match over the weekend versus Herndon Curve, winning 10-4.
