US Lacrosse Parents Handbook is located under the 'Links' Tab & 2012 WPYLA Rules under the 'Handouts' Tab.  

Required equipment - lacrosse stick, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, mouthguard, & cup. Every player needs to have a mouthguard that is neither white nor clear in color.  Mouthguards and cups are REQUIRED for practice and games. Lacrosse equipment is available at:
