2010 HYLAX BOYS SPRING REGISTRATION:

 You will need three things to register a player

1.       Registration Form – click on the handouts tab

2.       A signed Golden Rules Form – click on the handouts tab.

3.       A current USA Lacrosse membership available here: http://www.uslacrosse.org/membership/index.phtml

Every player needs to have a mouthguard that is neither white nor clear in color.  Mouthguards are REQUIRED for practice and games.

EQUIPMENT: Required equipment is as follows: lacrosse stick, helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, mouthguard, & cup. Arm or elbow pads are recommended.

Call ahead for store hours. Most Sporting Good stores, such as Dick's and Dunham's, have some lacrosse equipment, although probably not as much in the winter months.
