2010 HYLAX BOYS SPRING REGISTRATION:

 You will need three things to register a player

1.       Registration Form – click on the handouts tab

2.       A signed Golden Rules Form – click on the handouts tab.

3.       A current USA Lacrosse membership available here: http://www.uslacrosse.org/membership/index.phtml

Please note that all players MUST BE A MEMBER OF USA LACROSSE in order to practice or play in a game.

EQUIPMENT: Required equipment is as follows: lacrosse stick, helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, mouthguard, & cup. Arm or elbow pads are recommended. Every player needs to have a mouthguard that is neither white nor clear in color.  Mouthguards are REQUIRED for practice and games.
