for achieving 4 National Qualifying Times in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle.
Lowell will be heading to Y Nationals in College Park Maryland on July 29-August 1st, 2008.

July 19 (11-12 and 13-14) and July 20th (Open and 10and under) - Express at Hofstra University - Please arrive on Saturday July 19 at 3:30pm 19 and 6:40am Sunday July 20- Please check the board to make sure you are listed - speak to Josh or a coach with questions
2. Summer Junior Olympics - July 25 - July 27th - Qualifying meet - now posted at the Y-Felix Festa Middle School 30 Parrot Road West Nyack, New York - it is about 60 miles from the Y.
13-14 and 10 and unders swim the morning sessions - arrive by 7:30 am
15 and over and 11-12 swim the afternoon sessions - arrive by 1:00 PM -
