The Titans took on the Bolingbrook Marlins Saturday and lost 6-5 in extra innings.  Once again, Eric Milroy and Sam Stein took the bump for the Titans and pitched great and Vito Izzo added to the drama with a great catch in the outfield.

The Marlins took an early 1-0 lead but the Titans came storming back to take the lead 4-1 in the 4th inning. The Marlins, behind some timely hitting took back the lead in the bottom of the 5th making it 5-4. But, then Eric Milroy hit a HOMERUN over the left field wall to tie it up in the 6th inning. The Titans couldn't muster enough in the extra frame to hold down the Marlins and lost 6-5, but it was an amazing game to witness.

The White Sox fell behind the Bolingbrook Bees 14-0 on Saturday before putting up 7 runs in the top of the 4th inning. It wasn't enough, however as the Bees won the game 17-7.

Nick Kinzel stealing 2nd and 3rd, along with Jack Pearson's 2 RBI single started the rally, and Jacob Huizenga pitched 2 solid innings to keep us in the game. This was a strong effort against a team that had won their previous 5 games by a combined score of 90-15, including 3 shutouts.
