Please print the player form and bring with you to our early registration on Saturday, November 14th (from 10am to 2pm) at the Butterfield Park District. Please bring your son or daughter with so they can be properly sized for a uniform.
If you cannot make it this Saturday, you may mail in the registration form & check for $85.00 made payable to:
