2009 Fall Registration Information
POP WARNER CHEERLEADING
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Children ages 7 - 15 are eligible to participate
in the Pop Warner Youth Cheerleading Program
(Eligibility is determined by the participants age as of July 31 of the current year)
Late Registration
will be held on
Wednesday, July 22
6pm - 8pm
at the Harrisburg Town Hall Council Chambers
a late fee of
$25 (or a full bag of groceries with a cash value of at least $25)
will be required with all late registrations.
Tuesday, June 23
What to bring when registering for Cheerleading
WHEN REGISTERING AT THE DATES LISTED ABOVE,
You must bring the following:
1. 2 copies of the child's Birth Certificate
2. 2 copies of the child's Report Card (for the entire year)
3. Scholastic Eligibility or Homeschool Eligibility Form completely filled out.
4. A physican must sign the Pop Warner Physical Form
5. Harrisburg Parks & Recreation and Pop Warner Registration form must be
completely filled out.
6. The appropriate registration fee must be turned in.
**Registration will not be accepted unless all items have been taken care of.**
