Welcome to the home page for the Harrisburg Youth Association. HYA supports over 2000 kids in the community of Harrisburg NC and surrounding areas. We offer baseball, softball, soccer, basketball, cheerleading, and football to any child interested in participating. HYA is a non-profit organization made up of volunteers who spend many hours ensuring that your children have a place to play recreational sports. REGISTER ONLINE AND AVOID IN PERSON REGISTRATION!!!!!
We are asking that everyone create an online account even if you choose not to register online. This will allow us to fully utilize the systems functionality. Please click Account Creation to get started. If you need help click HERE for a "how to request an account" PDF. If you are a member as of spring 2008 you will have an added step before registering online. Once 2008 memebers establish an account please email: Nancy so we can add your paid membership to your account. Spring 2008 members will need to wait for the confirmation reciept before registering online.
Once your account is created you are ready to register. Please click HERE and then click View Activities for all activities offered by HYA and the Town of Harrisburg. It will not be necessary to show up to an in person registration unless you are playing football or cheerleading. Please note these forms are required by Pop Warner for football and cheerleading.

Coach Pitch Allstar Tournament, July 7th thru July 12th
HYA will host a 7/8 coach pitch all-star tournament the week of July 7th. We will utilize pool play with a 4 game minimum. The cost is $175. Harrisburg Youth Association Soccer Camp
Recreation and Beginners
August 4th-8th, 9:00-11:30am
Harrisburg Park soccer fields
Cost is $50 if registered by JULY 15 then $60
Campers will practice basic technical skills, beginning tactical strategies, and play various small-sided games. Our camp is designed for youth league players who want to improve skills and have fun!
Camp will be directed by Scott Wolfe. Scott has 18 years of coaching and camp experience. After 12 years as a high school varsity coach, Scott is currently coaches in the community with FC Carolina Alliance and HYA. Many HYA players know Coach Wolfe as Phys. Ed. teacher at Harrisburg Elementary.
Chris Long, soccer program director for HYA, and other youth coaches will assist in camp instruction.
Campers should wear soccer gear (shin guards are highly recommended). All players should bring plenty of water.
*Each player receives a soccer ball!
